We have lots of local knowledge in Finland. We chose to our restaurant a lot of different local partners which we want introduce to you.
Ecology and sustainable development is important matter to us and Touchpoint and our thoughts encountered well. We were looking for ecological solution for napkins and we found Trashtag concept. All of the Trastag napkins are made from 100% industry surplus fabric. Touchpoint eko designers also designed uniform for our waitresses.
With respect to beverages, we are close to the heart of the local microbrewery beers. With Vallila brewery we found common ground immediately at the first meeting. The boys have a small microbrewery in the Vallila est.2015. You can find Vallila brewery products in the bottle and as a draft.
We also make cooperation with several different breweries and we reform our beverages selection all the time.
For our cocktail menu design we have chosen a local cocktail experts, young entrepreneurs who take the Finnish cocktail culture strongly ahead on by their own company Son of Punch. They have developed for us their very own signature cocktails.
Our food is mainly used to the products of local companies. The raw material of origin is important to us. We use in our kitchen local bakery products and ice cream what comes from Espoo, a local artisan ice cream manufacturer, as well as sausages from Harju`s factory, domestic meat from Kokkola, Mimis garden products are part of the local and seasonal changing menu.
